What we’re looking for: • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful time as a Staff, Senior Staff, or equivalent-level IC building and operating complex production systems. • Experience building or partnering on ML-, AI-, or GenAI-adjacent systems, with a pragmatic understanding of where these technologies add value and how to deploy them responsibly. • Proven technical leadership: driving architecture across multiple services/teams and delivering org-critical initiatives. • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Notifications and growth platform experience is a strong plus. • Able to dive into data and identify opportunities to drive user growth is a strong plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
