Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Several years of experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects with full ownership from initiation to closure. • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating conflicting interests across departments. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Experience taking over or stabilising projects already in progress. • Ability to work independently, propose solutions and make decisions within your remit. • Business-level communication skills in German and English (C1). • Experience in applying common project management tools, e.g. for task and milestone tracking.
