Qualifications: • 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions; experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or a scaled technology platform is required. • Experience managing multi-tiered teams, including people managers, and building organizations that operate effectively at global scale. • Significant experience leading strategy and operations for a complex, multi-region sales organization, ideally with exposure to large enterprise or strategic customer segments. • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, and marketplace dynamics; experience with large customer sales, agency ecosystems, and/or global go-to-market models is required. • Strong business judgment and analytical problem-solving skills. You can move from an ambiguous question to a clear framework, an executive recommendation, and disciplined follow-through. • Demonstrated ability to build operating cadences, planning processes, forecasting systems, dashboards, and performance mechanisms that improve business outcomes. • Proven ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other functions without relying on formal authority. • Structured systems thinker who balances strategic vision with operational detail and can move fluidly between market opportunity, organizational design, data, and execution. • Strong technical and analytical fluency, including experience with CRM, sales planning, business intelligence, and data systems; comfortable partnering with data, finance, and engineering teams to improve reporting and automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling for executives, sales leaders, and frontline teams.
