What you bring • 8+ years of professional experience developing Android applications, including experience leading large-scale or technically complex mobile initiatives. • Deep proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java, and strong expertise in Android SDK fundamentals and architecture patterns such as MVVM, with a track record of making sound architectural tradeoffs. • Strong experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow or RxJava, and common Android libraries such as Retrofit and Room, with the ability to apply them at scale in complex production environments. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and align teams around technical and product direction. • Demonstrated track record of leading through ambiguity, driving architecture across multiple projects or surfaces, and mentoring senior engineers while elevating engineering standards beyond your immediate team. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. What we offer • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching • Best-in-class benefits including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health support • Generous time off including company holidays, PTO, sick time, and parental leave • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, stocked kitchens, and commuter benefits In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
