We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The People Partner team at Robinhood is a strategic partner to the business, helping build high-performing organizations that deliver on our ambitious goals. We partner closely with business leaders across geographies to build the frameworks, programs, and partnerships that help Robinhood operate at a global level — thoughtfully and fast. Our team works hand-in-hand with COEs, HRIS, and People Operations to deliver programs that are both locally relevant and globally consistent. We are a team that moves with urgency, thinks in systems, and never loses sight of the people at the center of everything we build!
