Learn more at what.digital. • The role: You take a business-first, data-driven view of what's holding a client's growth back, use AI to diagnose it faster and deeper than a traditional audit, and turn it into a concrete plan that works. It's a long-term role with variety, autonomy, support and a clear path to grow. • How we work: You own your growth, and we give you the space to work on yourself. We deliver first-class help to our clients, from start to finish. We focus on real results, not just activity. And we think like entrepreneurs: when we build for clients, everyone wins - our clients, what. and you. What you'll do: • Be the main point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships - you think about their business, not just their campaigns. • Implement growth strategies across SEO/GEO, paid ads, email, social and more, using AI with the team. • Coordinate specialists to deliver great work on time and on budget, with high standards and honest feedback. • Run data and AI-assisted analyses to find growth opportunities and turn them into business cases and new projects. • Keep an eye on budgets and billing, with support from our finance team. • Optional: lead the specialist team, including team happiness and recruiting. Key & Essential Skills: • Ideally 7+ years in a performance agency (not media buying), including 3+ years leading a team of 3+. • Deep knowledge of at least 3 marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Meta, content), with CHF 1M+ in total managed budget. • Proven record in client strategy, sales and building data-driven business cases that clients invest in. • Native-level German, understanding of Swiss German, fluent English. • Comfortable using AI as a core tool for analysis, reporting and consulting. What makes you a fit: • You like taking ownership and seeing things through. • You give honest feedback, to clients and to us. • You know when to plan carefully, when to perfect, and when to move fast. • You think like an entrepreneur: curious, commercially minded, always moving forward. Perks: • Beautiful office in Seefeld, Zurich. • You'll have real responsibility and influence - and a team that has your back. If you see something that could be improved, speak up - we're listening. • Flexible hours and a flat hierarchy - we're results-oriented and don't micromanage. • A multicultural team that learns together, including daily hands-on work with AI tools like Claude. • 25 days holiday plus public holidays. • Fair compensation and profit participation. • Personal development opportunities, e.g. in 2026 we sent 10 people to Tony Robbins' UPW event. How to Apply: • Apply via our website with your CV and a 2-3 min intro video in German (e.g. Loom or YouTube): tell us what attracted you to this role and share an example where you helped a client grow or improved something at work. • 👉 Applications without a video or sent via other channels (e.g. email or social media) won't be considered.
