Senior Product Manager

About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager with real technical depth and an AI-first way of working. You'll own a product area end to end: finding problems worth solving, shaping the solution, taking it from 0 to 1 and growing it from there. You understand architecture, you've written code, you know how databases work, and you speak engineering fluently. Your main job is product. The technical depth is what lets you move faster and make better calls. AI isn't a feature we're adding. It's how we work and how we build. Expect roughly 70% product and 30% engineering, with full accountability for results. Your Mission • Product direction: set the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Decide what to build, why, and how success is measured. • 0-to-1 delivery: take new products and features from problem discovery to launch and iteration. • Discovery and validation: work directly with users and data to understand real problems, not assumed ones. Run interviews, usability tests and experiments before committing to build. • Metrics and outcomes: define, instrument and track the KPIs for your area. Use product analytics to find friction, prioritise the highest-impact work, and shut down what doesn't work. • Engineering partnership: understand architectural trade-offs, review technical approaches and unblock decisions. Write specs engineers actually want to read: clear, technical and opinionated. • AI and automation: find where LLMs and agents create real product value, build the case, and ship it. • Fast prototyping: validate ideas with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, agents), scripts, no-code, or whatever gets you to the answer quickest. • Hands-on work: write queries, dig into data pipelines, spin up prototypes, and open a PR when it makes sense. • Prioritisation: balance user impact, business value, effort and regulatory constraints, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and business owners to ship continuously. Your Profile • 5+ years in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement, and a track record of taking products from 0 to live use with real users. • AI-native: you use LLMs, vibe coding and agents daily, and you've applied LLMs or agentic AI to real products. • Strong in Python or a similar language, enough to build things yourself. Comfortable with SQL, git, databases and evaluating system architecture. • Fluent in product analytics and research: you define metrics, read data yourself, and validate through interviews, usability testing and experiments. • Strong grasp of UX. You can take a complex flow and make it simple. • Experience shipping with Design and Engineering in an agile environment. • Clear communicator in English and self-directed. You can explain technical decisions to non-technical people, write specs engineers respect, and don't wait to be told what matters. Nice to Have • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field. • Experience in fintech or another regulated industry. • Early-stage startup background. • Hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering. • Background in software engineering, QA or product analytics. Why Join Vivid? • We have a hybrid model in our Limassol and Berlin offices, or fully remote outside office locations. • We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed. • AI-first culture – we use it every day, not just talk about it. • Learning & development budget to support your professional growth. • Fully paid vacation and sick leave. • Sports compensation. • Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one. Compensation rangeFinal compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. About VividAt Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
