Senior Client Partner

Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada. We’re actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We’re looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge. About This Role: As a Senior Client Partner at Stitch, you’ll lead our most complex and high-value client relationships. You won’t just grow accounts—you’ll own how those partnerships evolve over time, guiding multi-threaded teams across marketing, data, and technology, and partnering closely with senior executives to drive large-scale, multi-year growth versus one-time expansion. You’ll shape and influence clients' business-aligned investment priorities, navigate complex decision-making, and influence long-term marketing strategies that anchor Stitch as a critical growth partner. You’ll step into executive conversations with confidence and clarity, trusted not only for your deep expertise in martech and customer engagement but also for your ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable business impact. Beyond ownership of your Book of Business, you’ll mentor and elevate other Client Partners, strengthening commercial discipline and executive communication across the team. Working closely with Stitch’s Delivery leadership, you’ll ensure aligned, high-quality execution across multiple workstreams and maintain strong account health through transparent forecasting and risk management. You will consistently showcase a strategic mindset, a polished sales and negotiation skillset, and a track record of delivering sustained, multi-year revenue growth in complex enterprise environments. What You’ll Do • Lead revenue strategy and commercial performance for our most complex, high-value accounts and multi-workstream engagements. • Drive sophisticated expansion planning and define multi-year growth trajectories. • Lead pricing, negotiation, and structuring of large, complex, or multi-year Statements of Work (SOWs). • Maintain forecasting accuracy through clear communication of risks, pacing, and account trajectory. • Build and own senior-level, multi-threaded relationships across executive stakeholders spanning marketing, data, and technology. • Lead high-impact conversations that shape client investment priorities and long-term strategies. • Serve as the escalation point for complex client challenges, restoring alignment across stakeholders with clarity and poise. • Facilitate cross-business alignment within client organizations to unlock new opportunities and deepen partnerships. • Partner closely with Delivery leadership to ensure quality, cohesion, and financial health across all active workstreams. • Connect strategic client priorities to the right mix of Stitch capabilities and expertise. • Guide cross-functional teams through complex strategy, discovery, and solutioning processes. • Provide proactive organizational visibility into patterns, emerging opportunities, and client risks. • Coach Associate Client Partners and Client Partners on commercial discipline, executive communication, and strategic selling (without direct people management). • Contribute to Client Partner organizational standards, frameworks, and training materials. • Support Executive Client Partners with portfolio-level planning, pipeline reviews, and growth strategy alignment. What Does Success Look Like In This Role? • You step into every executive meeting ready to lead with insight, confidence, and a clear strategic point of view. Whether it’s shaping a client’s long-term multi-year marketing strategy or navigating complex challenges, you influence conversations with a clear strategic point of view. Clients rely on you not just as a service provider, but as a trusted strategic partner who understands their business deeply and helps them see new possibilities. • You don’t just manage accounts—you drive sustained, multi-year growth. Through thoughtful planning and multi-threaded relationships, you consistently drive meaningful, large-scale, multi-year growth that expands Stitch’s impact and cements the partnership. Complexity and scale don’t intimidate you; they inspire you to bring your best problem-solving and leadership skills forward. • Within Stitch, you are a role model for commercial and strategic leadership. Your leadership behaviors, cultural contributions, and commitment to excellence set the standard for others to follow. You coach and uplift your peers, elevating commercial discipline and executive communications, while fostering collaboration and sparking a culture of high performance. Requirements What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years of experience in martech consulting, client strategy, or revenue leadership, with a track record of managing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder client portfolios. • Proven success managing portfolios exceeding $4M, including large, complex accounts with multi-solution engagements. • Strong executive presence with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior client leaders and shape investment decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks, customer engagement platforms, and evolving martech ecosystems. • Able to collaborate across functions and lead teams through complex strategies and solutions. • Excellent communication skills to lead high-impact conversations and build deep multi-threaded relationships across executive stakeholders in marketing, data, and technology. • Comfortable with up to 25% travel to maintain strong client partnerships and drive on-site engagement. • Experience in coaching and enabling team members on commercial discipline, strategic selling, and executive communications is strongly preferred. Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401k with company match • Flexible PTO policy • Monthly tech stipend • Paid parental leave • In-person onboarding experience at our HQ in Indianapolis, Indiana • Mental well-being support Originally posted on Himalayas
