Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, software development, technical consulting, or a related discipline. • 3+ years of customer-facing experience leading technical conversations and delivering solution-based outcomes. • Hands-on development experience in two or more languages such as .NET, Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby. • Experience working with SaaS and/or IPaaS applications in enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of systems architecture and the ability to design scalable, performance-driven, and resilient solutions. • Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural best practices, and large data volume considerations. • Experience integrating business systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, CRM platforms, reporting environments, or analytics solutions preferred. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion with a high degree of independence and ownership. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client expectations effectively. • Experience supporting technical scoping, solution estimation, and statement of work development preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also valued.
