Requirements • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 2 years) with a portfolio of accounts and campaigns managed. • Fluent Russian - necessary to maintain the brand voice, respond to audience comments and messages, and manage content across Russian-language social media platforms. • Excellent written communication, grammatical precision, and a refined visual sense. • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, organic growth mechanics, and content psychology. • Ability to adapt and emulate an author or brand voice while preserving meaning and nuance. • Analytical mindset: not just reporting metrics, but interpreting audience behavior and deriving actionable insights. • Strong understanding of content psychology: knowing not just what to post, but why it will resonate. • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in problem-solving and content strategy. Our Benefits • Work for a globally recognized and fast-growing coaching and training organization. • Competitive salary based on experience. • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling. • High ownership and influence over IMCPs social media strategy and execution. • Collaborative, learning-oriented team environment. • Opportunity to shape the voice of a thought-leadership brand at a global scale.
