Required Skills and Experience: • 3 to 6+ years administering and evolving Ironclad and/or DocuSign (or comparable CLM and eSignature platforms) in a production environment, including complex template, workflow, and permissions design. • Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato (or similar iPaaS tools), REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and structured data payloads, with the ability to debug integration failures and resolve data inconsistencies across systems. • Demonstrated experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations with a track record of maintaining data integrity at scale. • Proven ability to own a platform end-to-end, operating independently without detailed requirements and translating technical details into clear guidance for Legal and business stakeholders. • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. • Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. #P78344 Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
