About the role
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About SpaceXAI
SpaceXAI builds the vertically integrated stack for useful AI: models, the products people work in every day, and the compute underneath. We're Cursor + Grok as one company: Grok Build (Cursor) for engineering in real codebases, Grok Bot for autonomous knowledge work, and Grok when you want to steer the result. Same intelligence layer; not a coding-only tool company.
We're a flat, talent-dense team that likes truth-seeking, sharp debate, and shipping.
About the role
This is a founding seat on our Scale team. You'll help define how SpaceXAI partners with thousands of customers at once: which accounts get a person, which get a program, and what great looks like for both.
You'll cover a portfolio of fast-growing customers, from startups to established companies. About half your time goes to a named book of roughly 100 high-potential accounts, a quarter to a shared pool of accounts the team covers together, and a quarter to building programs that reach the entire portfolio. You're measured on retention and consumption across all of it.
What you'll do
• Own retention and consumption for ~100 named accounts, helping them get real value from Grok Build, Grok Bot, and the rest of the SpaceXAI stack, and partnering with Account Executives on renewals and expansion
• Cover a shared pool of accounts alongside the team, stepping in where usage, risk, or opportunity calls for it
• Build repeatable programs (workshops, office hours, onboarding, campaigns) that scale across the whole portfolio
• Lead conversations with engineers, business teams, and executives about how AI changes the way they work
• Use account health, usage data, and AI agents to decide where your time matters most
• Bring the customer's voice back to Product and Engineering and help shape what we build
You may be a fit if
• You've helped build a scaled or digital customer motion from the ground up, or been an early member of a team that defined how it works
• You've managed a large book of accounts in a post-sales role and can point to the impact, like growing usage, protecting revenue, or being recognized as a top performer
• You come from SaaS, developer tools, AI, or a closely related space
• You're technical enough to earn credibility with engineering teams, and just as comfortable with business users and executives
• You know when to go deep on one account and when to solve a problem once for a hundred
• You've built playbooks or tools other people rely on
• You use AI in your own work every day
